Partnership with Anamid allowed training and certification of companies for the promotion of corporate diversity

Building a more diverse society requires the engagement of everyone! That's why we celebrate the partnership with AnaMid - National Association of the Digital Market and Industry, which offered training in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion for professionals from 15 communication and digital advertising agencies across the country!

Through this partnership, around 12 companies received Certification, committing to practical steps towards creating more diverse, inclusive, and healthy work environments for all professionals! The goal is to meet the best ESG standards and to encourage creativity and a more diverse communication in the work of agencies.

With our exclusive methodology, the training addresses the main markers of Diversity, such as gender, race, social or physical condition. In online classes, teams engaged in a playful and gamified journey through knowledge and best practices on the subject.
