Hello! I’m Damiana Silva, a tourism professional with over 30 years of experience and the Founder & CEO of Florencios Tours & Travel, a Brazil-based Destination Management Company (DMC). Through Florencios, I lead and operate — often alongside a trusted local team — curated cultural experiences, shore excursions, and full receptive services in Rio de Janeiro for international and Brazilian travelers, cruise guests, and global partners. Our work includes Afro-Brazilian heritage routes, historic neighborhoods, iconic landmarks, North & South Zone experiences, as well as complete logistics such as airport and hotel transfers, port operations, executive transportation, and customized itineraries.
