Exclusive Methodology and Content
The entire training was developed with input from focus groups with HR leaders from large companies, under the coordination of consultant Verônica Vassalo, a specialist in DE&I.
The training covers the main diversity markers, such as gender, race, social or physical condition, with an exclusive methodology based on Afrocentric values, capable of providing knowledge in a playful and dynamic way, accessible to all professional levels and various areas of expertise.

The training is structured in short modules, totaling only 1h30. You can complete it at your own pace, adapting it to your schedule.
At the end of the journey, you will receive a certificate.
